Our furnace stopped working Jan 20. I called our gas supplier. Couldn't send anyone until Wednesday. Spoke with Mark; he sent someone at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, dropping off heaters. Our new furnace was installed the next day. The tech guys were amazing—professional installation. Mark was so helpful in explaining to me the issue I was having and recommendations for buying the new furnace. I would highly recommend this company versus my gas supplier. No upselling, just honest good people.

A couple of weeks ago, my 15-year-old furnace started acting up. I made the decision to replace it a few days later. I worked with Jason in determining my best option. Unfortunately, the furnace died a couple of days after this decision. Marx Mechanical staff rearranged their schedule and were here the next day replacing my furnace (in a snowstorm).
