In particular, I really appreciate Erfan Amini's service. He's been to my house 3 times over the past year to service the furnace and now the AC unit. Each time he's been prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time needed to do a great job, and also takes the time to explain the issue(s) at play, and the options to fix them. He is honest and transparent about the status of the units, describes the health of the unit and the longevity of its unit. When describing the options he always takes into account cost-effectiveness and the long and short-term benefits of each option and describes them to me in detail.
Honestly, I look forward to Erfan's visits because I know I can trust that he'll do a good job. He's also a really lovely person - friendly and thoughtful.
